LACE Extended: card.glitches.me (hybrid) with Naoto Hieda

Naoto Hieda has started making their own cards - Naoto's cards - as a way to collect childhood memories, to document places they visited, and to keep a personal diary. Over time, this practice evolved into a performative practice to create scenes and characters for their performances. In LACE Extended, they invite participants to explore the card making process together. They will receive a set of cards by post - each card is a blank space to capture thoughts, ideas, memories or emotions. During LACE Extended, the group will regularly check in with each other online so that Naoto will give inputs on how they have been using them and explore the collective generation of knowledge.
